Apoptotic effects were evaluated upon administering the combination treatment of propofol with cisplatin or doxorubicin in human ovarian cancer cells. SKOV3 and OVCAR3 cells were treated with different concentrations of propofol (0, 10, 30, and 50 µg/ml) in combination with either 10 µM cisplatin or 1 µM doxorubicin.
