The percentage of apoptotic cells significantly increased in a dose-dependent manner, with the highest apoptosis rate observed in the 10 µM sempervirine treatment group; (B, D) Cell cycle distribution of SKOV3 cells treated with sempervirine. Flow cytometry results indicate a decrease in the G1 phase and an increase in the S and G2/M phases, suggesting cell cycle arrest at these stages.
