Sempervirine significantly decreased apelin and CD34. (A) qPCR analysis showed sempervirine significantly decreased apelin and CD34 mRNA levels in a dose-dependent manner in SKOV3 cells. (B) In tumor tissues, sempervirine dose-dependently blocked elevated expression of apelin and CD34 mRNA compared to control.
