(A) Protein structure modeling of the ZP1 and ZP3 proteins. We used PyMOL software to predict the protein structures of ZP1 wild-type, ZP1(p.Gly477*), ZP3 wild-type, ZP3(p.Asp242Tyr) and ZP3(p.Asn272Ser), respectively. These 3D models are shown in cartoon form, where the cyan structure indicates the α-helix, the purple structure indicates the β-sheet and the wheat-colored structure indicates the loop structure.
